Job Description
Position Summary
The Deputy Marketing Director will produce, manage and execute marketing plan for real estate projects, including all project brand communications as well as integrated sale campaigns, develop project brand, advertising, PR and also manage all project digital platform. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the vision of Ho Tram Project Company.
- To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the project marketing strategy, planning and budget to include all project sale materials, sale events, PR campaigns, & digital campaigns.
- Maintains brand standards and consistency for the real estate sale campaign and its collaterals
- Writes, edits and designs all marketing materials together with appointed marketing agency
- To be responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the Developer’s website.
- To plan and implement all digital marketing campaigns including digital campaign collateral
- Oversight of marketing agency, manages its database
- Makes certain areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
- Produces and/or assists in the preparation of annual budgets and sales forecasts; produce regular and special reports; maintain required records and files…where appropriate
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
- Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives
- Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Meets and exceeds all KPIs
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree/ Master degree in Marketing, Journalism, Commerce or Communications.
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience in a management capacity required in one of the following marketing & marketing-related fields: sales & marketing, advertising, brand management or communications.
- Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to deal effectively with all business
- Strong organizational skills a must. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury.
- Ability to communicate fluently in primary language (English) of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
- Superior diplomatic and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong understanding about brand management, corporate identity, advertising, media buy
- Analytical, compliant and ability to lead marketing projects
