Yêu cầu công việc:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Online Store Operations
  Oversee daily tasks on Shopify: product listings, pricing, visuals, promotions, and campaign setup.
• Customer & Partner Communication
  Communicate with U.K.-based customers and partners in English; join meetings with Manager and external teams.
• Inventory & Order Tracking
  Monitor inventory and top-selling items; provide insights to production and logistics teams.
• Marketing & Campaign Execution
  Assist in executing email marketing flows (ActiveCampaign), seasonal campaigns, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  Use Shopify Analytics to track performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate...) and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a growth mindset.
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
