We are seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer – Power Electronics to join our R&D team in developing advanced electronic systems for our electric propulsion products. This role involves hands-on work in the design and optimization of systems including BLDC motor controllers (FOC, SMPS), Battery Management Systems (BMS) with active/passive balancing, and power supplies such as AC/DC battery chargers, DC/AC inverters, and DC/DC converters. You will collaborate closely with the production department to support manufacturing, improve BOM efficiency, and implement robust embedded firmware on ARM-based platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about cutting-edge embedded technology and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded system development.
• Strong experience in electronic circuit design; proficiency with Altium Designer preferred.
• Proficient in embedded programming for ARM-based microcontrollers (e.g., ST, TI, Nordic).
• Experience with embedded operating systems: FreeRTOS, ChibiOS, and Makefile-based projects.
• Solid understanding of and hands-on experience with:
• BLDC motor controllers (FOC, SMPS)
• Battery Management Systems (active/passive balancing)
• Power electronics: AC/DC chargers, DC/AC inverters, DC/DC buck converters
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols: RF, BLE, WiFi.
• Knowledge of wired communication protocols: UART, CAN, SPI, NMEA, etc.
• Experience designing wiring connection diagrams using AutoCAD or equivalent tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to collaborate with overseas Mobile App teams.
• Proficiency in Business English, both written and spoken.

experience with wire harnesses documentation is also preferred
