The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
Job Description:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and manage internal events, including company-wide celebrations, internal contests, sports day, year-end party, etc.
- Independently manage end-to-end projects from planning master plans, developing content and communications, managing budget and cost, working with external and internal stakeholders, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
- Proactively seek opportunities to create a better experience for employees through strategic partnerships, corporate discounts.
- Manage all data related to engagement programs.
- Administer and manage all reports, program analysis, and use the results to redefine more attractive activities to increase engagement level.
- Drive and maintain strong internal relationships with employees and stakeholders (other departments, vendors, agencies).
- Support the team in other internal communications or employer branding projects when required.
- Do other tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with internship/ less than 1 year of experience working in related fields, e.g., Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Events.
- Experienced with events at a large-scale organisation.
- Good project planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Have a customer service mindset.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative.
- Tech-savvy and has an intrinsic motivation to learn new things.
- Good teamwork & multitasking skills.
