Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: 9 - 23 triệu VNĐ)- Coordinate the implementation of ER activities with concerned committees, such as sport activities, Year-End Party, Outing, Teambuilding, Family Day, and any other events of employees during the year. Do survey & report after events for improvement.
- Coordinate the implementation of reward & recognition program, Nestle &I action plan at factory.
- Leading in internal communication
- Deal with employees’ questions, requirements, complaints, and coordinate with the concerned parties for responses, solvement, improvement, etc.
- Work with outsourcing company to ensure third party labour is supplied within budget and high effectiveness/ Manage 3rd party workers
- Support HRM in other tasks with no conflicts of interest, per Nestle policy.

- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese for verbal and written communication
- Strong event organization capabilities
- Solid computer literacy: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point
- Proficient in media tools: Canva, CapCut, ...
