Zannier Bãi San Hô, recently named Tatler Vietnam’s “Hotel of the Year” 2025, is a leader in luxury hospitality in Vietnam. We feature three distinct restaurants, two bars, in-villa and destination dining as well as many social events. To lead our talented culinary team we are looking for a visionary and experienced Executive Chef:
In-depth knowledge of traditional Vietnamese as well as Western cuisine is essential.
Familiarity with resort operations in a remote destination.
This position requires a mentor ready to train, lead and coach.
This position is open to both seasoned local Vietnamese Nationals and Expats.
Good English and computer skills. International exposure is a plus.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Good command in both spoken and written English
Should have a pleasing personality
Excellent guest service skills
Good knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage service
Strong leadership skill, with experience in training and motivation staff
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in similar Job role or minimum 4 years’ experience as assistant F&B manager.
