The Financial Advisory Manager is responsible for driving the sales and distribution of VinaCapital’s open-ended funds and other investment products through assigned bank and non-bank partners. This role involves building strong relationships, training and supporting partners, and ensuring effective implementation of business strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
In addition, the Financial Advisory Manager will be responsible for managing frontlines of assigned banking partners, creating business strategies, and allocating resources effectively to ensure consistent activation and performance across partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work with assigned banking partners, build and execute effective business strategies for open-ended fund distribution.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure consistent activation and engagement across all assigned partners.
- Assist in selling open-ended funds and other investment products via bank and non-bank partners, including directly advising clients, responding to sales team inquiries, and supporting account opening.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance partners’ sales capabilities.
- Develop and maintain sales pipelines, reporting, and monitoring in line with partner and business development requirements.
- Develop agile monthly/quarterly sales plans that are data-driven and tailored to partner needs
- Collaborate with partners at multiple levels to strengthen relationships and drive execution.
- Support other business development initiatives and cross-functional activities as needed.
- Achieve individual KPIs, including gross sales by AUM and product mix, while ensuring consistent performance tracking.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum five years’ experience in financial services sales or investment products.
- Solid knowledge of investment, securities, priority banking, and wealth management.
- Proven ability to manage partner networks, adapt quickly, and work across diverse cultures.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Native Vietnamese with fluent English.
