- Manage daily F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service (if applicable).
- Lead and train the F&B team to deliver high-quality service standards.
- Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and oversee event catering (if applicable).
- Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for the F&B department.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
