Overview
This role serves as a critical catalyst in accelerating business growth and capability transformation, with 3 core responsibilities:1. Enable and monitor in-year growth plans: Drive projects and stakeholder management in collaboration with all PEP support functions and bottler teams for key consumer-linked initiatives on brand, innovation, channel and geography plans2. Building Agile Capability: Lead the adoption of agile ways of working within the bottler’s team to boost speed, focus, and performance. This includes setting up clear performance tracking, and building a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions.3. Driving Strategic Transformation: Play a key role in accelerating growth by strengthening execution capabilities across major initiatives—such as Dx / Perfect Store, O2O, Sales Effectiveness, Digital B2B, Agile Digital Marketing, and Commercial Data Automation (e.g., primary/secondary shipments, external scan data). This involves leading cross-functional coordination with the bottler, managing end-to-end project execution, and ensuring these initiatives are delivered with excellence and clear impact.
With Vietnam emerging as an anchor market for IB, this role is instrumental in supporting the SeniorFranchise Director to operationalize high-involvement agendas, strengthen system capability, and deliverexecutional excellence with speed, focus, and strategic intent. The person should have a day-to-day accessto the key stakeholders in SPVB and PEP functions.
Responsibilities
- Define Execution Frameworks: Shape the project’s direction by defining Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), analytical approaches, operational processes, and team structures in partnership with the bottler. Ensure alignment on execution plans and deliver against commercial and financial targets.
- Establish Operating Rhythms: Set up and manage a robust operating rhythm and governance model to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and enable timely course correction across all strategic initiatives.
- Lead Project Scoping & Management: Oversee the scoping and end-to-end project management of new commercial capability deployments, including Dx / Perfect Store, O2O, Sales Effectiveness, Digital B2B, Agile Digital Marketing Execution, and Commercial Data Automation working with SPVB.
- Leverage Internal Expertise: Build strong networks across internal PepsiCo stakeholders—spanning Digital Commercial, DX, Supply Chain, and Category—to bring the best of PepsiCo to the bottler and enable new multi-disciplinary execution capabilities. Lead partner capabilities via sharing of PEP best practices and through close collaboration and leverage of strengths/ resources within the system.
- Embed Agile Ways of Working: Implement agile methodologies, including OKR development, sprint planning, and performance tracking, to drive collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and executional agility.
- Ensure Effective Communication: Provide timely, transparent updates on project progress, risks, and key developments to senior stakeholders—including PepsiCo Franchise leadership and bottler counterparts.
- Foster Collaborative Partnerships: Build and sustain trust-based relationships with bottler stakeholders across functions to ensure shared ownership of outcomes and proactive problem-solving.

Knowledge & Experience
