Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & SLA Management
Serve as first-line support for technical troubleshooting across GA4, GTM, and Firebase implementations.
Resolve client tickets based on SLA tiers, escalating only when required.
Prepare clear root cause analyses and documentation for each support case.
GA4 Implementation & Audit
Review, implement, and maintain GA4 tagging via GTM or Firebase.
Conduct tagging audits, event tracking validation, and data integrity checks.
Enable event quota alerts and manage tagging governance.
Data Strategy & Reporting
Design and deliver tagging strategy plans to support end-to-end funnel measurement.
Perform data reconciliation across GA4, CRM, and backend systems.
Generate actionable insights and custom GA4 reports for business teams.
Configuration & Enablement Tasks
Set up mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer/Firebase for deep linking and remarketing.
Implement rule-based segments, data enrichment, and custom audience configuration.
Integrate GA4 with CRM platforms (e.g., 1P data into GA4-360), BigQuery, and GCP.
Advisory & Client Consulting
Consult on website/app personalization and customer journey tracking design.
Support business requirements for segments, clustering, and technology mapping.
Act as a technical advisor on GA4 architecture, audience enablement via GMP, and strategic best practices.
BI, Dashboards, & Quarterly Reviews
Collaborate on Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) dashboard setup for GA4.
Support Quarterly Audits for existing GA4 implementations (scope, config, tracking quality).
Key Requirements
Technical Skills:
4+ years experience with GA4, GTM, and Firebase (web & mobile)
Solid understanding of event-based data models and conversion funnel tracking
Experience with Tagging Plan creation, event setup, and debugging workflows
Working knowledge of BigQuery, Looker Studio, and GCP architecture is preferred
Familiar with server-side GTM, CRM-to-GA4 integration, and audience segmentation
Analytical & Advisory Experience:
Able to translate marketing and business KPIs into analytics tracking
Familiar with data reconciliation and validating metrics across GA4 & backend APIs
Experience working with rule-based segments, user-level analysis, and mobile tracking challenges
Communication & Collaboration:
Fluent in Vietnamese (for client-facing interaction) and proficient in English
Strong technical documentation and troubleshooting write-up skills
Comfortable coordinating across local PM/account teams and regional tech teams
Nice to Have:
GA4 Certification / GAIQ
Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Familiarity with Cloudflare, bot filtering strategies, and advanced web debugging tools
Exposure to Agile ticketing and support workflows (Wrike, JIRA, etc)
