(Mức lương: 25 - 30 triệu VNĐ)We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will play a key role in both product planning and packaging design. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic design and a passion for the food & FMCG industry.
Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching, consumer-focused packaging using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Collaborate in product concept development for new or revamped products (branding, packaging themes, label design)
- Visualize and present concept proposals and mockups to internal stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitor packaging styles, and consumer behavior
- Design product specifications including cost structure, label layout, packaging formats, and compliance with regulations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Sales) for alignment
- Reporting to: Japanese General Director (GD), Japanese General Manager (GM)
- Team size: 3 members

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Age: Around 30 years old
- Gender: Open
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, or related fields)
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design or packaging design
- Preferred background in the Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods industry
- Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong sense of branding, typography, layout, and color
- Able to develop packaging that aligns with both brand identity and consumer appeal
- Language: English – Business Level (verbal and written)
