We manage the entire growth funnel end-to-end, from developing strategic partnership, understanding user insight, driving product initiatives and go-to-market execution.
- Building on our domestic success, we’re now going global with cross-border initiatives that enable cashless usage for Vietnamese users when travelling aboard, and for international visitors when they come to Vietnam.
Get to know Your Role:
- Do everything it takes to grow market share and increase user adoption.
- A strong player with a burning passion to drive up cross-border payments business. Obsessed with product growth and enthusiastic about building fast and furious go-to-market executions that penetrate new markets to be the leader.
- 2-4 years' experience and willing to handle fields of Digital Media, Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing in this full-stack position.
- Above all, careful & excellent execution capability, collaboration with multiple teams from Vietnam to abroad and self-lead their progress.
Key Responsibilities
User Marketing & Communications (10%):
- Define source of user growth & product proposition for cross-border payment through comprehensive user research and market intelligence
- Own & nurture user life cycle in-app by understanding & maximizing product flow & enablement tools
- Develop & roll out integrated marketing campaigns to win top of mind for user passion points, communication platform, activation platform, promotion offerings, etc.
- Play an active role in exploring opportunities & challenges and propose new ideas to drive up business impacts.
Off-Platform Media Traffic & Conversion (30%):
- Develop digital media plan to ensure right objectives of campaigns, preparing creatives to achieve excellent ads on platforms (Google, TikTok, Facebook) and optimize conversion funnel
- Execute content-led marketing to capture maximal traffic SEO & Google SEM and foster community engagement
- Create innovative influencer marketing plan from KOL, KOC, micro to high brand collaborations to build brand loyalty & product credibility
- Manage performance by traffic source and find out opportunities to scale up conversion funnel
International Trade Marketing (45%):
- Develop strong user insights of offline payment, understand behavior and bottleneck of offline context and build specific trade plans by account/channel
- Manage foreign stakeholders & their field teams to ensure excellent in-store visibilities (POSM design, production and installation in store) and activation (promotion scheme & application flow)
- Ensure foreign sales team to execute the most efficient plan and trade spendings
Marketing Operations (15%):
- Deploy in-app promotion & traffic execution (banners, notifications, messages, user flows, etc.) to ensure visibilities & conversions.
- Monitor efficient operations of campaigns, promotional systems, communication channels, media mix, growth performance and budget management.
- Identify and resolve challenges fast that arise during the execution of initiatives/campaigns.
Other tasks as assigned by project team. Either small or big ones, you are always contributing to our vertical’s growth thanks to novel ideas, smooth operation & can-do attitude!

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and comfortable building relationships and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Logical analytical skills and comfortable with breaking down data.
- Based in HCMC.
