Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the marketing and student recruitment strategy for our newly established international school in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role is pivotal to building the school’s brand presence, driving enrollment growth, and establishing strong community engagement. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth understanding of international education markets, with a proven track record in K-12 or higher education recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Marketing
-Develop and execute integrated marketing and branding strategies tailored to the Vietnamese and international expatriate markets.
-Build and lead annual marketing plans including digital, social media, offline events, partnerships, and advertising campaigns.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
-Oversee the creation of marketing content, school brochures, videos, and website content aligned with the school’s brand identity.
Admissions & Recruitment
-Develop and lead the student recruitment plan, including lead generation, admissions pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
-Manage all admissions inquiries, ensuring an efficient, warm, and responsive admissions journey for prospective families.
-Lead school tours, open houses, info sessions, and admissions assessments.
-Work closely with academic leadership to ensure alignment between admissions expectations and curriculum delivery.
-Build relationships with feeder schools, agents, relocation firms, and community organizations.
Team Management & Reporting
-Recruit and lead a high-performing admissions and marketing team.
-Set KPIs and track metrics for enrollment, retention, marketing ROI, and parent satisfaction.
-Report regularly to school leadership and group headquarters on enrollment targets and marketing outcomes.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment or marketing, preferably in an international school or higher education setting.
-Familiarity with the Vietnam education market and cultural context.
-Excellent English communication skills ( Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
-Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
-Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
