Nhiệm vụ:
1. Recruitment:
- Gather recruitment request from Depts
- Advertise job openings on recruitment platforms
- Collaborate with headhunters to define criteria for managerial and senior-level positions
- Screen CVs, shortlist potential candidates
- Conduct initial interview
- Schedule 2nd interview round with line manager
- Prepare an assessment report on interview results and recommend candidates for recruitment
- Close vacancies by sending offer letters and required documentation to new hires
- Create a training schedule for newcomers and distribute it to relevant departments
- Notify all employees about the newcomer’s brief introduction
- Compile a profile for newcomers, including conflict of interest disclosures, non-disclosure agreements, training memorandums, offer letters, notarized CVs, ID cards, job descriptions, seating arrangements, uniforms, and other relevant materials
- Send email notice to unsuccessful candidates
- Input employee data on HRIS
2. Training:
- TNA report
- Training plan for whole company in the next coming year (Completed by end of this year for the next year)
- Training course organization
- Follow the training policy: training application form, training agreement, bonding period & payment.
- Evaluate the efficiency of training investment
- Orientation training for newcomers, COE training to employees
3. Performance review (1st/2nd half):
- Keep final/ updated KPI of all positions
- Classify & send form to all depts
- Summarize evaluation results
- Make report & filing
4. HR reports:
- Monthly headcount report
- Recruitment report to Regional HR (TIPCO)
- Turn overate report
- Other reports related to HR
5. Procedures/policies:
- Review, update, develop HR policies
6. Labor discipline:
- Review violations of internal labor regulations
- Schedule a meeting with relevant parties for resolution
- Document minutes of the meeting
- Make a disciplinary decision
7. Others:
- Headcount plan for B1 & B2
- Update JDs for all positions of all departments
- Organization chart updating
- Standardize employee data/active employee on HRIS
- Engage in HR projects and other HR activities
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
