Job Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll, timesheets, leaves, allowances.
- Follow up labor contracts & probation completion.
- Prepare monthly reports: Payroll, Insurance, PIT.
- Maintain staff records: attendance, sick leave, certificates.
- Coordinate annual performance evaluation process.
- Handle resignation & offboarding procedures.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Labor Law & company policies.
- Process insurance claims (sickness, maternity, 24h accident).
- Track and manage employee benefits.
2. Recruitment & Training
- Execute recruitment plan and job postings.
- Screen CVs, arrange interviews, and issue offer letters.
- Conduct onboarding & orientation programs.
- Maintain training records & support training logistics.
3. Employee Relations
- Handle workplace issues & support disciplinary processes.
- Organize internal activities (e.g. Year-End Party, health checks).
- Manage visa, passport, work permit for expat staff.
4. Reporting & KPIs
- Prepare HR reports: recruitment, training, turnover.
- Track HR & GA KPIs.• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication.
