THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRBP with a strong passion for recruitment to join our team. This role plays a key part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent while also supporting general HR operations to ensure an efficient and people-focused environment.
WORK RELATIONSHIP
Internal: All departments within country; HR, HRIS, Academy team in Head Office (HO) or Asian Regional Office (ARO)
External: HR consulting companies, job boards, Insurer, Hospital/clinic…
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across various departments, especially Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job fairs, and partnerships with universities.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback process with relevant stakeholders.
- Issue offer letters, handle negotiation discussions, and guide new hires through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Drive employer branding efforts and support internship/graduate recruitment programs.
HR Operations & support:
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including document collection, induction programs, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication campaigns.
- Conduct the annual health check and other employee benefits & activities.
- Arrange logistic for Learning and Development program.
- Handle ad hoc HR administrative duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree from Human Resource / Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR Business Partnering / HR generalist experience
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English as you would be dealing with local authorities and working in an internationally diverse workplace
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms
- Strong in local labour laws & regulations and kept abreast of the changes
- Good writing and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong communication and strong stakeholder management skills
