MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Support HR team in aspects of Compensation & Benefits
• Follow up the on-board and resign process ;
• Support to organize and store employees records ;
• Assist HR team in introducing labor regulations, company policies and procedure to new staff ;
• Assist HR team with other HR teamwork, internal events and projects ;
• Other C&B or HR duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Qualification: Last year university students or fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree

Strong passion in Human Resources field

Enthusiastic, highly responsible and eager to learn

Good at English

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
