1. Research and Curriculum Design:
- Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of IELTS coursebooks and other test preparation
- Identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for curriculum development based on learner needs and
- Write and develop customized IELTS course syllabi, lesson flows, and instructional resources
- Incorporate innovation, learner-centered techniques, and differentiated instruction strategies into
- Align all content with the organization’s academic framework and performance expectations.
2. Course Effectiveness & Impact Evaluation:
- Conduct classroom observations, collect and analyze feedback as assigned to evaluate the
- Recommend and implement changes to the course content, lesson structure, or teaching practices
- Track learner outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Prepare and present reports, course outlines, and proposals for new courses or course updates.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam trends, changes, and best practices in language assessment.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IELTS teaching or curriculum development.
- Strong working knowledge of current IELTS formats, band descriptors, and scoring rubrics.
- Demonstrated experience in course design, educational research, or material development.
- Familiarity with classroom observation techniques and instructional quality assurance.
- Excellent English proficiency (C1+ or IELTS 7.0+).
- Strong analytical, research, and academic writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
