Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Logistics team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in support of equipment shipments and carrier relationships as part of a dynamic logistics environment.
· Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues.
· Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi’s carrier base.
· Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations)
· Coordinate ad hoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments.
· Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation.
· Identify and implement process improvements.

- Manage all aspects of import and export shipments, including Customs declarations in the Ecus systems.
- Monitor and manage shipments in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve issues related to assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Report to the Supervisor and Manager on a regular basis.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operations and import/export processes.
- Provide guidance to suppliers or requestors on shipping cargo in or out of the factory.
- Assist in the development of logistics plans and procedures.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, as well as other reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Monitor and control shipping cost of shipments.
- University degree in relevant fields
- 2~3 years’ experience in Import & Export
- Having knowledge of Customs Finalization Reports is an advantage
- Is an organized, motivated, analytical, and capable problem solver.
- Strong communication skills, good at English
- Well independently or as members of a team and have sound negotiating skills.
- Able to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve organizational goals.
- Able to plan and execute plans effectively.
- Able to meet budgetary requirements.
- Effective decision-making skills and can think logically.
