Job Overview:

This position will report to the IT Infra. Manager and be responsible for all infrastructure aspects of a group of schools, including successfully operating and developing efficient IT infrastructure services.

This role will collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including the administrative and academic teams in each school, to ensure that Infra. services’ quality as well as IT strategy and projects meet the expectations of all schools.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Managing and Provisioning:

• Be able to engage in IT projects and strategy.
• To successfully operate and develop the relevant IT services in order to meet the changing needs of the school.
• Implementing proactive mitigation measures to prevent any potential intrusions and data loss due to unauthorized access and malware/ virus damage.
• To carry out any reasonable additional responsibilities that Line Manager may request.

Operations and Support

• Understanding and willing to plan, implement, and manage IT Infra. services in accordance with the ITIL standard.
• To comply with Change Management process.
• Ensure that the network systems and Wi-Fi are up and running throughout access hours, and that disaster recovery plans are in place.
• To be able to adapt and responsible for migrating service, important data from all schools to the cloud.
• To operate and provide support for the Microsoft 365 including Office365, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, as well as Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• To maintain user accounts up to date in order to guarantee that they have the appropriate rights and minimal permission.
• Reporting to Line Manager and communicating with impacted stakeholders to manage high-priority and high-impact problems.
• Provide support, investigation, troubleshooting and problem resolution for all related incidents.
• Ensure any risks to the school’s IT network systems are reported to line manager.
• Write guidance documentation for end-user.

Maintenance

• To ensure that all aspects of infrastructure in all schools are kept up to date and patched on a regular basis to ensure maximum functionality and IT security.
• Maintain frequent performance reports for capacity planning of IT infrastructure.
• To keep track of the server room's environment and equipment

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification is required.
• MCSE and CCNP Certification
• ITIL Foundation/ITSM Certification is a plus.

Experience:

• At least four years of professional IT networking and system experience are required.
• Have experience in managing the infrastructure system including MS AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Cisco, Aruba HPE or Meraki product such as Core, Access switch, Wi-Fi, Virtualization by VMware, Hyper-V, LAN, WAN, Firewall, VPN.
• Hardware Server: SAN NetApp, Dell, Server HP, Dell, SAN Switch.
• Have experience working conducting an Office 365-centric organization. (Microsoft Office, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manage (Intune) and Windows Defender ATP is required.
• Knowledge of Linux CentOS, and Ubuntu is an advantage.
• Knowledge one of Cloud Platform (MS Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
• Capable of taking responsibility for problems and providing effective solutions.
• Knowledge of security policy is a plus.
• The ability to read the ELV drawings for designing a new infrastructure of a school is a plus.

Personalities:

Aside from a relevant degree and prior professional experience.

• English skills: Good English in verbal and written.
• Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment or international school is preferred.
• Interesting to a vision of school IT services and infrastructure that is cloud-first and aligned with IT transformation plans.
• IT abilities at a high level are required.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, be dependable, and act with honesty at all times.
• Capable of working under pressure and following to deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, common sense, and a positive attitude.
