Your Mission
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing primarily on Vietnam market, by seeking out new leads and leveraging your existing client network.
- Lead the full business development cycle—from client engagement and tailored proposals to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Supervise and follow up on leads generated by 2 Sales Staff.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- From 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Possesses a strong B2B professional network in the Vietnam market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and result-oriented.
- International sales experience is a plus but not required.
