RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently execute back-end development, enhancement, and maintenance tasks at the project level.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents in production systems within SLA timelines.
• Define and implement solutions for complex backend modules using Java, Oracle or PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Deploy, configure, and manage backend applications on AWS Cloud, ensuring high availability and security.
• Implement performance tuning and scalability improvements for managed service environments.
• Conduct and automate unit testing and integration testing to ensure service stability after changes.
• Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines for continuous service updates and patching.
• Collaborate with operations and service desk teams for incident, change, and problem management following ITIL best practices.
• Document technical specifications, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support 24/7 service operations.
• Optional: Apply Groovy scripting for automation, integration, and monitoring tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Java and OOP programming.
• Experience with Java frameworks as Spring, Sprint boot..
• Proficiency in RDBMS: Oracle or PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience managing applications in AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of service monitoring, incident response, and system optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD & DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Preferred: Groovy scripting skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• From 2 years in backend development & managed service operations.
• Track record of independently handling production-level services and complex module solutions.
• Experience in cloud-based managed service projects is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL Foundation, Oracle Certified Professional – Java).
