What You’ll Do:· Contribute to Salesforce platform projects with guidance and gradually increase autonomy as you cross-train· Deliver well-structured code and participate in unit testing· Collaborate with senior developers on code and design reviews· Debug and troubleshoot code within your own development area· Engage with business analysts and technical architects to understand requirements· Identify improvements in development practices and contribute to evolving team standards· Schedule and manage your own workload to meet agreed priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-Have Experience:
- Hands-on development experience in .NET (C#) or Java
- Familiarity with OOP principles, design patterns, and API integrations
- A strong foundation in software engineering best practices
- Willingness to transition into Salesforce development through structured on-the-job training
