- Developed an in-house social brand advocacy pioneer project from scratch.
- Manage engaging and informative content for all brands on social media platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and conveys the brand story effectively to the target audience.
- Community Engagement & Management:
- Foster a strong beauty community by engaging with followers, and facilitating conversations around our brands.
2. Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms, ensuring it captivates the audience and promotes our brand values and products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and production house/media partners to ensure a cohesive message is delivered.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and social media trends to continuously innovate and improve content quality.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze content performance across different platforms using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on engagement metrics, insights, and recommendations for improving content strategy.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role within the beauty industry.
Skill Sets
- Proficiency with social media platforms including TikTok, etc…
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Experience with video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere …).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
