Vehicle Quality Leadership On
- going Quality Improvement (Focus on VRTs): Le
- ad and drive the quality performance, and continuous improvement initiatives within related VRTs. En
- sure the timely identification, containment, and resolution of both incoming and in-plant quality concerns. In
- corporate containment, improvements, and preventive measures into the Production & Quality Assurance system of VO, PTOs, and Suppliers. Ve
- hicle Line Quality Performance (Bowler Plan): Dr
- ive the overall quality performance of the assigned vehicle line, aligned with the Bowler plan strategy. Pr
- ovide monthly updates on key metrics (actuals and forecasts), supporting these with detailed action plans and Quality Flash reports. St
- eer VRT teams towards achieving YTD stretch objectives and MOP forecasts. B.
Vehicle Launches & Engineering Change Management (Focus on PMTs): Le
- ad quality-related activities during vehicle launches. Ma
- nage the resolution of issues (e.g., AIM issues), alert processes, rework planning, Bill of Materials (BOM) validation, End-of-Line (EOL) checks, FER, and ESO activities. Le
- ad the analysis and implementation of engineering changes without causing production or quality concerns. C.

- ive to have related VRT components re-certification/vehicle re-certification/engineering change certification on time, no affecting continuous production. Ot
