Job Description
We're looking for a Low-code Intern to join our team in implementing business solutions using the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Project, Creator, etc.). This is a cross-functional role combining business thinking and technical curiosity.
As a Zoho Low-code Intern, you will:
- Understand client business needs and translate them into workflows and applications using Zoho
- Configure and customize Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Project, Desk, etc.) using drag-and-drop tools and basic scripting (Deluge)
- Automate processes and build reports, forms, and dashboards to support business operations
- Collaborate with the team to test, document, and deploy solutions
- Prepare user manuals and assist in training client users
Qualifications
- Good business mindset and logical thinking
- Experience with any business software (CRM, ERP, HRM...) is a plus
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript is a bonus)
- Curious about how business systems work and eager to learn Zoho (training provided)
- Good communication skills, proactive learning attitude, and attention to detail
- Able to read documentation in English
