Responsibilities
- Embrace and apply Six Senses vision, values, and brand standards across all marketing activities.
- Lead the Marketing function with a strong focus on sustainability, wellness, and delivering brand-consistent communications.
- Develop and execute annual Marketing Plans, Social Media strategies, and PR programs to strengthen brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, securing impactful press coverage.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, promotional campaigns, photo/video shoots, and marketing collateral to ensure high-quality brand representation.
- Support Sales, F&B, and Wellness initiatives through effective PR & Communications strategies.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, hygiene, safety, and ethical standards while representing the resort in community initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level hospitality marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, advertising, PR, social media, and digital platforms.
- Proven leadership with excellent problem-solving, cross-cultural communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Strong awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
