Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations by creating, updating, and confirming bookings, ensuring accuracy in guest profiles and reservation details.
- Generate daily pick-up reports and manage incoming calls, messages, and call transfers efficiently.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and current information.
- Manage travel agent and wholesaler communications for quotes and contracts.
- Promote and upsell resort services and activities.
- Participate in required meetings and training.
- Follow and uphold LQA standards consistently.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
- Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the resort is represented.
- Complete any other duty assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum one year or more of experience in a reservation-related role at a resort or hotel.
- Excellent command over 4 skills of English.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Familiar at creating reports, summaries and other documentation.
- Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs made available to Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
- Advanced Microsoft software and Opera knowledge.
