Responsibilities:
- Supervise local and international reservations; ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Respond to all reservation inquiries within 24 hours.
- Manage room allocations, special requests, and discount applications.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the reservation system.
- Handle overbooking situations and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Review and improve reservation procedures regularly.
- Contact guests or agents to clarify booking discrepancies before arrival.
- Prepare and submit reservation reports and statistics as required.
- Strictly follow departmental SOPs and LQA standards.
- Train, support, and evaluate team members; report progress to management.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high grooming and hygiene standards.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and comply with safety protocols.
- Promote team spirit and contribute to service improvement.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Opera PMS and reservation systems.
- Skilled in preparing reports and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Passionate about guest service and committed to excellence.
- Willing to complete required Six Senses training programs.Combination of relevant experience and training will be considered.
