In this position you will....
be leading marketing strategies to support awareness / pre-sales towards sales conversion, attach rates, and sales volume of various channels, with a mix of digital and retail touchpoints, from concept to execution. You will manage marketing planning and collaboration with partners to support business goals through creative campaigns and optimization plans.
You will be responsible for…
- Collaborating with our partners to plan, propose, and execute omni-channel marketing strategies towards consumers and sales intermediaries.
- The marketing strategies shall drive revenue through awareness, acquisition, retention and loyalty including initiatives for conversion, re-targeting, up-sell, cross-sell for our products and brands.
- Our B2B2C omni-channel marketing strategies with partners involve:
- Digital marketing (email campaigns, social media advertising, content marketing, video ads),
- In-store marketing (standees, posters, digital screens, leaflets)
- Mobile Marketing (SMS, WhatsApp, FB, Zalo, push notification, Email campaigns)
- Integrated campaigns (Partner marketing, Affiliate marketing, KOL marketing, embedded offers)
- Sales Associate marketing and engagement (Social media campaigns, Email campaigns, In-store events, video campaigns)
- Post-Purchase Engagement (onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, retention and loyalty offers)
- Based on marketing strategy, develop marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, fulfilling regional and local growth plans and objectives
- Analysis of digital campaigns for products and partners that utilize online platforms, including performance metrics such as ROI, open rates, click-through rates, drop-off rates, conversion rates, churn / retention rates, and developing data-driven improvement plans
- Documentation of key learnings and best practices to improve campaigns and for scalability
- Social media listening and reporting using monitoring tools like Meltwater, Mention, Brandwatch, Hootsuite
- Conducting regular store visits, ecommerce checks, and competitor checks to have close understanding of customer journeys and marketing strategies across different platforms relevant to our products
- Tracking and analysis of social media performance for engagement campaigns, such as TikTok contests, using various tools online
- Management of social media accounts, creation of contents and visuals together with the design team

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- At least 5 years’ of marketing experience
- Creative and copywriting skills in English and Vietnamese
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Vietnamese
- Sharp analytical skills and ability to use data to drive campaign optimizations
- Skilled in using Excel or similar programs to crunch numbers and develop plans from analysis
- Experience working in fast-paced environment of ecommerce business, digital or retail marketing
- Proficient with digital tools such as Google Analytics 4, MOZ for SEO, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, HootSuite
- Familiar with project management tools such as Trello, Monday.com, Google tools or Smartsheet
- Knowledge or adaptability in using software like Adobe Express is a plus
- Comfortable to travel overseas when the need arises
