About your role
Supporting ME Operation Manager in term of:
- Ensure deliver high standard of quality of marketing equipment in term of chillers technical & compliance with company policy in WH
- Responsibility to follow up MEM process in WH to ensure stock ready to service for market as requirement with efficiency.
- Drive excellent in customer service on field for all customers/retailer using ME of SPVB
- Follow up Corrective Action Plan to enhance quality of SPVB product via PM as Standard PEPSI Global Audit

What You'll Do
Marketing Equipment Quality Control (MEQC) – In bound
- Be responsible for managing, controlling and supplying ME from warehouse to market.
- Ensure stock on hand with good condition, QC for export/Import from MEM WH & efficiency in term of cost operation
- Responsibility for all spare part stock both of stock management & quality control to support for full process R&M
- Ensure fully apply process quality check for all Marketing equipment with accuracy document fail/passed for each equipment before in/out WH/Market
- Ensure all MEs stock & MEM workshop follow H&S/WH policy with efficiency for spare & cost
MEM WH operating – In bound
- Supply MEM Equipment as requested by sales team OTIF with high quality, company process/policy and Trade MKT strategy (right size, right artwork…)
- Checking to drive the guideline for requests from sale team for new installation for market
- Supervise daily activity of 3PLs at WH for all service relative to MEM to ensure productivity in term of direct cost as MEM OPEX budget and minimize environment risk and safety
- Responsibility for RIGH AW/Visibility of coolers as brand strategy by year from marketing guideline when coolers in/out WH & MEM workshop
Excellent in Customer Service – Out Bound
- Supervise new installation to market to ensure service level & technically to customer
- Supervise repair & maintain progress on market for both of passive & proactive call for all Chiller off SPVB on market (R&M track, Driving KPI, Cross check all filed for VSC, VM & PMX)
- Driving & follow up Global Standard of product quality by run CAP
- Filed check to ensure accuracy of recovering & asset movement on market
- Direct to service or phone fix for Emergency call.

- College or University graduation in engineering
- At least 3 years experiences on field engineering/ supervisor
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Possess high compliance standards, detail-oriented, good at process guideline
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- English skill for reading/ writing at daily work
