Job Description:
What will you do?
  • Ensure enough Capacity & Utilization for production lines and equipment from peak production quantity forecast of year using CAMA, LADM and MPH analysis.
  • Optimize control by Poka Yoke / Jidoka in all cells by improving Process Quality.
  • Ensure Productivity on DLP Saving by Design Time Reduction Projects, KD Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Assessment and Process Design Improvement.
  • Ensure the qualification of new projects and new processes to have a smooth running.
  • Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques, and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure the activity and all products comply to Safety, Quality, Health and Environmental requirements. Optimize the overall process and ensure that all metrics are measured for improvement.
  • Maintain a disciplined process to ensure processes, procedures, equipments, visual, jig/fixtures, etc. are available to support production activities per the schedule.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Education: Major from Industrial Engineering, Industrial System engineering.
  • Business Understanding: Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept.
  • Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in oral and written English, knowledge of AutoCad.
  • Have knowledge or experience with warehouse project.
