What you’ll do

- Join in the conceptualization process and be responsible for motion treatments, storyboards creation.
- In charge of brand video assets across all channels using raw footage, typography and other elements.
- Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
- Produce a wide range of videos: campaign KV motion, social videos, tutorials, etc.
- Ensure design works are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Be a strong contributor to the ideation process.

- Cooperate with team mates to produce static designs including banners, posters, social posts, etc.
- Work closely with the Communication team to understand the message and audience context.
- Ensure the deliverables meet requirements and are of the highest quality.
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
What we seek
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus).
- Keep abreast of current video trends, motion techniques and new platform practices.
- Continuous learning and proactively seeking reviews to improve outputs.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and transitions to create smooth, engaging motion pieces.
- Ability to work independently as well as teamwork and different stakeholders.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Be a creative problem solver, quick adaptation and flexibility in managing tasks.
- Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and perspectives.
- Own tasks management skills and being able to work under pressure.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience with strong portfolio showcasing high-end skills in creating motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital platforms.
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience, including video production, design and animation.
- Essential skills on Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Premier and UX/UI is highly preferredBachelor’s degree / diploma in design, visual communications or any other Art related degree.
- Conversational English is required.
