Responsibilities
- _Research & establish operating processes for new customer-requested services, especially B2B.
- _Handle interrelated emergencies, notably between WH and Freight (backhaul & linehaul).
- _Create horizontal links with Ops to keep operations smooth.
- _Conduct fieldwork & capture key project facts when needed.
- _Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
- Nghiên cứu, thiết lập quy trình vận hành cho các dịch vụ khách hàng yêu cầu, đặc biệt nhóm B2B.
- Xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp liên quan, đặc biệt giữa Kho và Vận tải (Backhaul & LineHaul).
- Tạo kết nối ngang với bộ phận vận hành để duy trì hoạt động trơn tru.
- Khảo sát hiện trường, thu thập dữ liệu dự án khi cần.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng nhóm.
Requirements
- _At least 1 year in Operation logistics, Warehouse ....
- _Bachelor's degree
- _Communication and negotiation skills.
- _Integrity and process-driven and customer-service mindset.
- _Have logical thinking and critical thinking skills
- _Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.

- Bằng cử nhân
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán.
- Chính trực, có tư duy hướng đến quy trình và dịch vụ khách hàng.
- Có tư duy logic và tư duy phản biện.
- Bắt buộc phải thành thạo Microsoft Office.
