The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Monitor operational performance, order backlog management & actively identifying operational issues
- Propose recommendations to improve existing logistics options from demand-driven mindset (based on buyer expectations/ pain points) and best practice in logistics operation, which is backed up by data analytics/ modeling
- Facilitate fulfillment planning process with relevant teams to ensure all business events/ platform campaigns are well-planned and monitored, including but not limited to, timely alerts mechanism and contingency plan activation
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in Cross-function to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- From 2 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
