(Mức lương: Đến 20 triệu VNĐ)- Ensure smooth handling of export shipments from booking to cargo departure at port/airport, maintaining effective communication with clients and relevant parties to deliver the best service.
- Coordinate with customers/overseas agents to receive bookings and shipment details.
- Arrange space bookings with shipping lines or airlines for export shipments.
- Send shipment details to related parties and closely monitor export/import cargo during transit.
- Provide regular updates to clients/agents regarding the status of shipments.
- Respond promptly to customer/agent inquiries and provide quotations when required.
- Handle data entry into internal systems, resolve issues related to shipping documents, cargo, and customer/agent complaints.
- Support the Sales team in consulting and negotiating with clients when needed.
- Take full responsibility for handling assigned shipments.
- Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- College or University degree in Chinese Language, Logistics, International Trade, or other related fields.
- Must have a personal laptop for daily work purposes.
- Fluent in Chinese (equivalent to HSK4); basic English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar position at a freight forwarding, import-export, or logistics company is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The company is willing to provide training for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a desire for long-term commitment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and handle situations with flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient in using email, Excel, and internal software systems.
