About MMusic:
MMusic is not just a music company — we are a creative industry builder.
Founded with the ambition to shape the next chapter of Vietnam’s music and entertainment landscape, MMusic operates at the intersection of artistry, technology, audience, and brand. Our ecosystem spans Licensing, Brand Solutions, Original IPs, and Audience-Centered Experiences — all designed to unlock new value for the people and players who define culture.
We believe the future of this industry won't be inherited — it will be built.
That's why we’re not just producing content or managing talent — we’re designing systems, creating new revenue models, developing platforms, and setting new standards for what’s possible in Southeast Asia’s creative economy.
Right now, we're incubating a new business initiative that sits at the heart of this ambition — a bold, early-stage venture that could redefine how people engage with content, creators, and community. It’s early. It’s exciting. It’s uncertain. And it needs someone who’s ready to take the wheel and build.
This is not a role for those seeking comfort or a playbook. It’s for those looking for a real challenge, high ownership, and a chance to help write the blueprint of what comes next.
Role Overview:
As an Operation Manager to lead the end-to-end execution and operations of our artist Audience-Centered Experiences. This role requires strong systems thinking, a solid understanding of digital operations, and the ability to coordinate across tech partners and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience — from initial setup to full-scale operation.
This is a highly independent role, ideal for someone with a startup operator mindset who thrives in dynamic, unstructured environments and is passionate about building future-facing products in the cultural and entertainment space. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how artists engage with their communities in a digital-first landscape.
