(Mức lương: 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ)We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns while delivering actionable insights from data. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong skills in ad platforms, performance optimization, and analytics — capable of turning numbers into growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEM channels.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, hooks, and placements to maximize CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to meet performance targets.
- Focus on conversion-driven marketing strategies to maximize conversion with KPIs.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Integrate and consolidate marketing data from multiple sources (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok) into BigQuery and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Lark dashboards).
- Build automated reporting systems to track KPIs, detect performance issues, and surface optimization opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using UTM parameters, GTM setups, pixel setups, and cross-domain tracking.
3. Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Monitor creative performance data and identify patterns impacting engagement and conversion.
- Provide data-driven feedback to the team for improving ad creatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Proven track record in running performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data integration and analytics tools (BigQuery, Looker Studio, GA4, Lark).
- Proficiency in setting up tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), and ensuring data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing large budgets of up to $50K SGD/month across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
