- Prepare and review cost estimates, plans, procedures, and databases for completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning works.
- Contribute to technical specifications and evaluation of procurement for materials, equipment, and services related to commissioning.
- Supervise, organize, and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning works for systems/multiple systems.
- Perform connection and offshore commissioning activities.
- Report progress, manage issues, analyze risks, and propose corrective solutions.
- Group III: Serve as discipline leader, manage at least 5 engineers, provide technical training and mentoring

2/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering fields.
- Experience:
- Group II: 2–3 years.
- Group III: 3–5 years.
- Mandatory/Preferred: Proven experience in Wind Power, Gas Power, and Oil & Gas projects.
- English: TOEIC > 650.
- IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Competencies:
- Teamwork, independent working, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Additional skills in personnel management, risk analysis, and assessment.
