As a Product Executive specializing in Ad Distribution, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our ad delivery systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to act as the primary troubleshooter for distribution-related issues across our ecosystem. You will be responsible for running diagnostics, generating performance reports, and ensuring seamless ad serving across all channels.
What you will do
- Operate and monitor the ad distribution system to ensure high performance, reliability, and delivery accuracy;
- Investigate and troubleshoot ad delivery issues across demand and supply channels, working closely with Engineering and Operations teams;
- Run diagnostic checks and system-level audits to identify distribution bottlenecks or configuration issues;
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated reporting pipelines for distribution KPIs (e.g., fill rate, pacing, error rates);
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including internal demand-side, supply-side partners) to ensure technical readiness for new ad formats, inventory types, or integrations;
- Support the rollout of new ad distribution logic and provide impact analysis.
What you will need
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting;
- Solid understanding of digital advertising infrastructure, including how DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges operate;
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in diagnosing system behavior;
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and translate findings into actionable insights;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
- Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with ad servers or real-time bidding systems;
- Previous involvement in technical operations, product support, or performance engineering within an ad tech environment.
