About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead a squad of our Vietnam Consumer Product team.
This is a critical, high-impact role where you will lead a squad including engineers, designers, and analysts to ship meaningful products at scale. You will shape the future of the home seeker experience in Vietnam by deeply understanding consumer needs, setting a compelling product vision, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions that help people find and secure their next home with speed, certainty, and ease.
This role is based flexibly in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and reports to the Lead Consumer Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and define goals and success metrics for your product area, and prioritize initiatives to achieve them.
Run experimentation, and continuously optimize for consumer acquisition, engagement and conversions.
Own key product metrics. Serve as the key point of contact for the metrics/performance of your product area.
Coordinate across teams to ensure product work aligns with the company’s high-level strategy.
Communicate product strategy, updates, and performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
3+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling impactful products.
A problem solver who can balance systematic thinking with creativity - able to break down complex challenges methodically while thinking creatively to uncover bold, effective solutions.
Deep user empathy, with the ability to translate insights into product features that truly solve user problems.
Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly.
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL or BI tools like Looker, PowerBI, etc.) is highly preferred.
Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire partners at all levels.
