Core responsibilities
Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
Ensuring all safety and Quality standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
Evaluating People and Machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
Do you have what it takes?
Degree in engineering or technical manufacturing would be preferred
Intensive and deep knowledge in Injection Moulding Operation, Injection parameter, Plastic experiment; have Mold Making experiment is a plus, familiar working in plastic injection industry.
Solid experience and expertise to manage a team over 10 people and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
At least 5 years' experience in the same management position in production.

Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)

Fluent in English & Vietnamese (Writing and Speaking) is required
