- Provide comprehensive information about our programs, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that effectively showcase our programs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualification and other requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales roles, preferably in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese, with conversational English skills; proficiency in additional languages considered a valuable asset.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
