1. Business Development Support (50%)

Manage systems and workflows:

  • Update sales policies, training materials, and interdepartmental guidelines.
  • Standardize templates, documents, and internal processes.
  • Support the creation of standard operating procedures for customer development activities.

Daily support for the Business Development team:

  • Calculate commissions, allocate targets, create trial accounts, and grant system access.
  • Resolve system-related inquiries.
  • Train users on CRM tools, collect feedback, and coordinate improvements.

Data aggregation and analysis:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (new clients, revenue, commissions, etc.).
  • Compare performance across BD teams.
  • Collaborate with the data team to retrieve and process required datasets.

2. Strategic Project Management (50%)

Oversee projects assigned by the CEO:

  • Coordinate with departments to gather information, track progress, and allocate tasks.
  • Monitor implementation timelines and remind departments to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in resolving obstacles and report to senior stakeholders.

Implement internal improvement initiatives:

  • Lead the standardization of departmental documents into a centralized management system.
  • Work with department heads to restructure documentation for better multi directional information sharing.
  • Establish and oversee procedures for document creation, approval, updates, and storage.

Reporting and recommendations:

  • Prepare regular progress and quality reports, recommending process improvements when necessary.
  • Conduct status analysis and develop templates/tools to support executive decision-making.

System capability building:

  • Participate in workforce evaluation, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Foster a culture of efficiency and transparency within the system.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Management Information Systems, or related fields.

Professional expertise:

  • Solid knowledge of business operations, project management, and internal processes.
  • Proficient with digital tools: spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), forms, reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with task-tracking tools (e.g., project management software, CRM systems).

Languages skills:

  • Strong Vietnamese writing and presentation skills.
  • English reading comprehension of professional documents is an advantage.

Work experience:

Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following roles:

  • Business Coordinator
  • Sales Operations
  • Project Support or Internal Project Management

Preference for candidates with experience in tech companies, startups, or fast-growing organizations.

Essential capabilities:

  • Strong system thinking and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication, cross-departmental coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure, monitor progress, and control details effectively.

  • Flexible to handle ad-hoc requests from the Board of Directors.
