1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation
- Assist in receiving and analyzing customer and project requirements.
- Support the preparation of test documents, checklists, and user guides.
2. Test Case Development & Execution
- Create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.
- Perform manual testing to identify software defects and ensure system functionality.
3. Defect Management & Reporting
- Log and track defects using defect management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Assist in test reporting, quality risk assessment, and progress updates for internal teams and clients.
4. UAT Support & Process Improvement
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment validation when necessary.
- Contribute ideas to improve testing processes.
