Massive Creator Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create E-Commerce content on TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with VN creators.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product assortment strategy and operations for influencers on the TikTok shop platform. Improve influencers’ efficiency in product selection through resource placements and product exposure pathways; facilitate effective matching based on content type, influencer tier, and other factors.
- Responsible for effectively identifying and monitoring high-quality and low-quality influencer content. Utilize operational resources and methods to establish and continuously improve content/traffic monitoring systems and value assessment frameworks. Able to consistently identify trends and characteristics of high-quality content, as well as promptly detect ecosystem safety issues. Collaborate with governance, strategy, and product teams to implement optimization strategies.
