OVERVIEW:
The Recruiter is responsible for working closely with China and SEA recruitment team on searching and recruiting, focus on small home appliance/electronics consumer goods industry particularly on functions including but not limited to Engineering / Supply Chain / Product Development / Supporting.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates through various effective channels, including job boards, social media, internet postings, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Manage and maintain recruitment channels on a daily basis; regularly evaluate and optimize their effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with qualified candidates and industry contacts.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide timely updates on recruitment progress and offer clear, transparent analysis of hiring status.
- Support onboarding processes by following up on personnel file (P-file) setup and pre-onboarding arrangements for new hires.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze recruitment data to generate regular hiring reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Develop creative recruitment campaign materials, including posters, WeChat posts, and short promotional videos to enhance employer branding.
- Lead or support global Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives and collaborate on HRBP projects as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy, preferably in the home appliance industry.
- Proven track record in hiring for Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality roles.
- In-depth understanding of the small home appliance and robotics industries, including current recruitment trends.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Vietnam (and SEA).
- Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle, HR tools, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English. Chinese language skills preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, multinational corporate environment.
Functional Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Proficient in using Canva and other picture editor tools.
