OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments within the organization. Reporting to the Assistant Human Resources Manager or Head of Human Resources, the role plays a critical part in aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s growth objectives. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and assess candidates, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process. The role also contributes to employer branding, candidate experience, and the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function to support the company's strategic goals and high-performance culture.
Duties may include but not limited to:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Develop and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications
Coordinate with department heads for interview schedules and feedback
Maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for future hiring
Track recruitment metrics and prepare recruitment reports
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company standards
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist with workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or corporate environments.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese; other languages a plus.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
