Your Roles:
- To direct (plan, orgainze, lead and control) the field force activities (including performance definition, data analysis territory management, hospital listing, budget expense, round table, marketing programs implementation, key accounts, distribution customer service level, meeting communication, call monitoring, coaching, field force staffing training development, market knowledge, business strategy, …) with the support District Managers, Key Account Specialist / Manager to achieve assign territory performances and related objectives
- To ensure the achievement of the region performances and company objectives.
- To ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of the team in the regional of country.
- To ensure the team’s adherence to the company policy, and other requirements relating to pharmaceutical business.
Who You Are:
- Graduated in Pharmacist or Doctor.
- Good Communication in English.
- Have thorough knowledge of Pharmaceutical market.
- At least 6 years in pharmaceutical market and 3 years in managed FF and KAM team in an international company. Have good experience in field force management & territory management in Pharma Industry. Strong customer relationships in the pharmaceutical markets.
- Management skills (planning, organizing, leading & controlling), presentation skills, coaching skills.
- Be result-oriented & customer focus, will organized, analytical thinking, honest, strong interpersonal, teamwork and deal with conflict constructively. Have a good management mind. Good in planning and execution: have the ability to initiative, plan, manage, make thing happened & lead change. Be proactive, a good motivator, ability to work independently and under pressure.
