Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-oriented SEM / PPC Executive to manage end-to-end campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and optionally Xiaohongshu (XHS). This is a contractor role, but you’ll be integrated fully into our internal team — attending weekly syncs, planning client strategies, and driving performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (must have real experience)
- Xiaohongshu Ads (bonus if experienced)
- Conduct deep keyword and audience research
- Write engaging ad copies and guide creative direction
- Monitor campaign metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA
- Run A/B tests and improve conversion strategies
- Collaborate with our creative and account teams
- Stay updated on platform trends, policy changes, and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Google Ads and 2+ years in Meta Ads
- Proven track record in TikTok Ads campaign management
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with Xiaohongshu Ads
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Tools you should know: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta & TikTok Ads Manager
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – must be confident in meetings and reporting
- Chinese is an advantage – especially useful for Xiaohongshu or Chinese-speaking clients

Pay: 20,900,000₫ - 28,700,000₫ per month
